The control panel is on the stage at a table behind the curtain. If you are all alone and want to enjoy a band, you can rez one at the touch of a button. (Set the music stream to play the Beatles, rez the band and enjoy the atmosphere!) I hear there’s a Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club tribute band playing at the moment. Seating capacity is for up to 120 avatars ( SL limits region capacity to 100 avatars). To remove the seats touch the seat rezzer button and select ‘remove’ from the menu. Use the seat rezzer on the control panel on the stage behind the curtain to add/rez seating on the ballroom floor for your audience. The ballroom as a theatre space would also be a great space for giving lectures or holding community meetings. Whether you are a musician, dancer, comedian, improv artist, actor, burleque artist, slam poet or mime – you can turn the ballroom in to a theatre where you can perform to your audience. This space is looking a little empty at the moment (unless you turn it into a performance theatre) but the floor space is still great for dancing alone or with friends. It is a grand and charming space to hang out with friends, or to enjoy time alone. The Ballroom was taken from the famous Scarlett Hotel and moved brick by brick to the Eloquence region.
